"The Tree Top Lodge exceeded all our expectations. Given that we had to cancel our stay a year earlier due to the hurricane, the owners of the property worked with us to find a similar date for this year. The online photographs of the property made us hopeful, but upon arrival we were overwhelmed! Every detail was taken care of. Toiletries in every bathroom, an amazingly well-stocked kitchen with everything one could ever need in preparing a meal. Bedrooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious . . . Master suite was perfect!! And the screen porch. . . !!Above all the cleanliness and hospitality of the host made this by far the best VRBO stay we have ever had . . . There is nothing that even comes close. We were a family of 16. Three generations ages 4 mos.- 70 and it was perfect for all. The warmth, beauty, and functionality of this home are exceptional!A huge thank you to Robert and Lisa for their graciousness and hospitality in all aspects. Tree Top Lodge provided great Montreat memories for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation of family members. Thank you!!"

"This house was amazing! It was perfectly quiet & nestled away in the mountains, yet close to downtown to be able to go explore & shop. The trails behind the house were a great addition. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The screened porch was my favorite place! The hosts were fantastic and were able to help us out when needed and were very accommodating! If we find our way up in Black Mountain again we for sure will be staying here! "

"Gorgeous location, easy access and just as advertised and better! Hot tub super relaxing as is the whole vibe of the property with sitting areas and paths and wildlife mature trees and great eastern views of the mountains and sunrises! Definitely recommend "
