A really well managed hotel with attentive & courteous staff. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods & was amazing value. The ground floor swimming pool was very clean & well maintained & was very popular with guests. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Exceptional value. Also for getting into Pattaya the songtaew (10THB Baht Bus) stopped on the main road in front of the hotel. Terrific.

Why I cannot reccomend this bad service hotel...

If you need internet don't choose this hotel everybody has login problems! We booked twin bed received single beds. Not helpful to change room although we are Expedia gold member they upgraded next day and we had to pay upgrade fee! We had to leave the room 12 o clock ant they let us wait 2 hours in he lobby before we could access the upgraded room. Terrible service!

Diring check in they infored the room is not available in the Chrystal palace luxury hotel and they provided room is Cyrstal palace std hotel And service was very bad Cleanliness inside room was also worst Bed sheet and pillow covers are very old even we have dought that is washed or not Some what we managed by using our stuff Bath room also found very dirty ... As they not provide the room as per my booking, we need to request refund .

Sänky aivan erinomainen. Minulle sijainti hieman liian sivussa. Ei marketteja eikä ravintolapaikkoja kuin yksi läheisellä kadulla. 7/11 kauppoja muutama ja siinä kaikki. Jos haluaa olla rauhassa kaikista, sopii hyvin. En lapsiperheille suosittele tai lapset saa hepulin.Alue kuin kuollutta kehitysaluetta; ei mitään elämää!! Jomtien alueella on sentään elämää!! Jos tilaa Boltin taksin, niin pääsee Jomtien alueelle n 120 Bathia ja kadunvarresta riksakyydillä 20 Bathia .

Medelbra hotell

Tråkigt med ett 20-tal bussar som lämnade av och hämtade upp massa asiatiska turister, de flesta kom under dagen och åkte tidigt morgonen efter, vilket gjorde hotellets baksida till en bussparkering. Frukosten påverkades av dessa turister då det blev väldigt likt en äldre skolmatsal. Rummen var inte så ljudisolerade så bussarna hördes väldigt tydligt. Poolen på taket var avstängd samt bara en restaurang öppen där de hade karaoke vilket inte var så trevligt. I övrigt var hotellt ok, nära till pattaya, enkelt med bath bussarna att ta sig, trevlig personal samt bra pool och rum.

Nothing close to warrant price

From the outside it looks great and initially you are well received. However, shortly after entering my room and doing a customary look around (which includes a look under the bed). I noticed that most things are just swept under the bed. Any other request for the room including and extra pillow came with a considerable charge.

Nice hotel about 15 minutes to the beach

Everything in this hotel was excellent apart from some of the hotel rude staff. This was my 4th stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

TOO NOISY. DISAPPOINTED

There are many Travel tour from China and very very noisy. Specially, when they are close the door of room and during their talking in corridor anytime. My hushand and I must wake up around 6:00am everyday due to this reason.

Ich war mit meiner Firmenbelegschaft aus China mit einer chinesischen Reisegruppe dort. Dieses Hotel bedient vorwiegend dieses Klientel. Dafür waren aber die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel ausgesprochen gut gepflegt, was man bei Reisegruppenhotels nicht immer behaupten kann. Das Frühstück war natürlich Massenabfertigung, aber auch noch oberhalb des Durschnittes.

der pool auf dem Dach 8.Etage war sehr schön und sehr klares kühles Wasser.Leider sind einige Iraner nur mit unterwäsche ins wasser gegangen. Das Frühstück war gut und sehr asiatisch ausgerichtet.Einige Cinesen haben mehr wegeworfen als ich gegessen habe.Raucher bereiche auf den Etagen fehlen leider völlig.

das hotel liegt schön ruhig. es hat einen schönen grossen pool mit reichlich liegen und einer poolbar. die zimmer sind zweckmässig mit tv und minibar ausgestattet. es gibt täglich 2 flaschen wasser kostenlos. das frühstück ist bei dem preis nicht zu beanstanden.

Upean hotellin vieraat ilmeisesti jurttaan tottuneita

Hotelli on tyylikäs ja siisti. Henkilökuntaa vaivaa sama ongelma kuin muuallakin Pattayalla. Kun suurin osa vieraista on venäläisiä tai korealaisia, englannin kielen taito rapistuu. Hotellissa WiFi toimi vain yleisissä tiloissa, joissa kuuluvuus oli surkea. Paikalla oli aina tulossa tai menossa kovaääninen korealaisryhmä. Ryhmien bussit aloittivat tyhjäkäynnin ja liikenteenohjaajat pillien vihellyksen viimeistään klo kuusi aamuisin. Tämä kuului selkeästi vaikka asuimme ylimmässä kerroksessa. Samaan aikaan aloittivat kanssa-asujat ovien paiskomisen ja toisilleen kiljumisen käytävissä. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas. Vieraat sielläkin huonosti käyttäytyviä. Sijainti lavataksi reitin varrella. Rantaan on matkaa, mutta hotellilla kaksi uima-allasta.
