除了沒健身室和泳池很細小。其它算很好！但要注意是有一些房間是很近街上酒吧，如你晚上不外出玩就大件事！最愛房間按摩浴缸！很棒！

酒店有點舊，由於在旺區，街道比較迫。建築物比較近，沒什麼境觀。 房間空間還可以，但都是比較舊，是時候裝修一下。 隔壁在做工程，露台比較大塵，不可以出去。 員工態度很好！很樂於幫助客人。 地點還可以，酒店對面已有兌換店、便利店，非常方便。步行到大街只5分鐘；到沙灘也只7分鐘。 左右隔離都是芭堤雅最多的'酒吧'，非常熱鬧。 酒店旁邊便是做SPA，按摩中心，很方便，服務、價錢也可接受。 半自助早餐選擇外多，素質也不錯！ 我們每天都出海活動，沒什麼時間呆在房間。只是回去休息，晚上也算寧靜。

Overall is 3.5/5 Booked a studio... And they located at the back of the hotel. Behind the hotel was a construction site from 0900-2100... There was no info regarding... At first, ask for change to the front room, say none, but pay extra 1500 bht to change. That's was the rate I expect, then went again and ask, they then offer superior on the side...! Actually the room was not bad... Extra 600 bht was added to each night... It's not about money, they should let us know in advance, they said they did. And they can do better by either a discount upgrade etc. it was frustrate to go thro that...!

不错的酒店
酒店在一条小路里面，稍微难找一些。不过其实位置不错，虽然不是在海边，但是门口的小街也很热闹，出门走几分钟就是主干道，数不清的酒吧，餐厅，店铺，大型商业中心 Central Festival 也在附近。 走到海边要十几分钟，也还算方便。酒店不算很大， 但是干净整洁，客房很宽敞，装修比较新还有阳台。酒店泳池比较小，是个小缺憾。早餐是自助加点餐，不错。

LK Renaissance 到任何點都方便
LK Renaissance 真的很棒,飯店大又舒服,又有免費WIFI,特別服務人員十分貼心,他到附件的BIGC近,離海灘路也很近..只是夜晚的熱鬧但飯店的隔音很棒,是值得介紹的好地方

Staff was awesome.. house keeping was great. They would show up at the same time every morning. Location is very good. Just a 2 minute walk to Metro. Beer garden right at the foot of the hotel. I will repeat this hotel

Very pleasant stay in March 2024 (10 days) at the LK Residence hotel. Spacious, pleasant and quiet “studio” room (room overlooking the rear of the hotel). Housekeeping and room maintenance carried out daily with care. Staff, very welcoming, discreet and efficient. Very convenient access on foot to the soi LK Metro area and also to the tree town food court. Walking street also very accessible via bathbus or mototaxi. Formula without breakfast (many cafes available for this, accessible in 2 to 5 minutes on foot).

Ok hotel. Jacussi tub was a nice surprise. Free parking turned up to be at the LK Metropole 250 m away. A little bit inconveniant. Location very good for restaurants. No breakfast possibilities.

The suite is excellent. The only small bad thing i can say is that the tv is a little old, thats all. I also gad a great experience with the cleaning staff. The boy that cleaned our room found my ring and left it on the table in the room. I was sure it was gone and if someone would have found it, they would have taken it. I gave him a good tip as thanks but i dont think he understood how much that meant to me. Thank you

Hiljainen ja rauhallinen hotelli. Hotellissa ei ole ravintoloita eikä aamupalaa saatavilla mutta heti ulkopuolella runsaasti tarjontaa. Myös allas alue pieni. Itse en näitä kumpaakaan tarvinnut joten Minulle hyvä hotelli. Myös sauna harvian kiukaalla löytyi mutta oli kylmänä, varmasti pyynnöstä lämpiää. Hiukan ulkoa kuuluu melua mutta niin useimmissa keskusta hotelleissa.

WARNING: the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel that seems like hasn’t been done in at least 25 years. This is not a 3 1/2 to 4 star hotel. Everything is worn out and falling apart, and realistically a 2 star at best. The walls are supposed to be white but are grey with dirt marks all over them, the ends of the planks on the laminate wood floor are peeling up and have large gaps between them which can hurt your bare feet, the rooms have a heavy stench of must and cigarette smoke, the finish on every piece of wood furniture has heavy worn out marks, the tv is small with a very fuzzy picture on every channel making the tv unwatchable, my room had a jacuzzi that was also the shower with no shower curtain so the bathroom floor and the toilet got soaked every shower and you cannot use the toilet for hours without your feet getting wet, the provided soap and shampoo were terrible so plan on buying your own, the upholstery on the furniture was stained and worn out which I avoided to touch. The hotel os located in a central area, but next to a bar which has very loud and bad live music every night until 3AM. Trust me you will not be able to sleep. Being on the 5th floor did‘t help. I travel often and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a non refundable room and management refused to give me a refund after I expressed how disappointed I was with the room. Not a good hotel for families or couples. Guys with guests will be charged a 500 baht joiner fee.

This hotel was a great find. The one bedroom suite is outstanding. Tons of room, kitchenette with microwave, water kettle and fridge. Great shower, water pressure, wifi and even has a changing room with a vanity. The staff was outstanding. Cost value was amazing and the location is perfect. Great restaurants are "everywhere" within a 1 min to 5 min walk. We could easily live here comfortably for a long stay. About the only negative is the noise at night from the karaoke bar across the street and a few of the other bars across the street blasting their music. The hotel can't really do anything about this I would guess. It is what it is. Earplugs are a must if you sleep lightly and shut the noise out. The noise ends about 2am and does not start up again until around 8. So during the day it is super quiet. I suppose I could have requested a quieter room, but I am not sure that is really possible. I would definitely stay here again.
