What a gem of value

Best value in Pattaya. Rooms were spotless, AC blew cold. Shower was very powerful and internet was great. Location can't get any better. The foods at the restaurant was fantastic also, and cheaper than anywhere else in the city. This will for SURE be my new go to.

The hotel is in a prime location a few minutes from beach road and walking street. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Always great!

Great location, great staff, nice rooms. Housekeeping staff is also very good, but if they hired one or two more maids, it would be a big improvement. Sometimes there can be quite a long wait to get the room cleaned.

If you’re looking to explore Pattaya and Walking Street, this is probably the best hotel for you. Extremely great value, the rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaning ladies always make sure to keep the place clean. The staff are all very kind and enthusiastic, always making sure the customers feel safe and have a great time.

Nice room.and people very friendly. Close to Walkig street and royal garden and Mike shoping. baht bus is very cheap 10baht. Building noise can be a bit annoying...

Nice location. Friendly staff, good food. The rooms are clean and have a stocked fridge and other items for purchase. Having a large bed is nice, though it might be considered quite firm for some. The staff provided me with a few extra pillows to help make my sleep more comfortable.

Clean room and great customer service. AC in room was great kept room cold even though 90 degrees outside. Great location, walk to Walking Street and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Taxi bikes at the Beach road intersection. Overall great experience - second time here.

Bed like concrete

Pros: Great, friendly staff. Perfect location. Food is okay. Room is very large and the snack bar was pretty convenient. Con: May have had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I ended up booking another hotel for my second and third night, and just eating the loss, after the first night because it hurt my back so much. Even when I was in the military sleeping on a cot in Iraq, I wasn’t as uncomfortable as I was on that bed.

Perfection

From the day I checked in, everything was super cool about this hotel. It is located close to Walking Street. A few minutes to beach and shopping centres. I would like to thank to the staff for their hard-work , enthusiasm and friendly manner. Especially Toy, Mama Sang, Ness made my entire holiday super cool. The only down side of accommodation was uncomfortable bed and pillows which is still acceptable. The room was clean and cleaning lady was showing herself almost everyday. The AC was working properly. There were enough snacks and beverage’s. You can always choose to eat at Classroom Bar which is located at the ground floor. I would recommend the hotel and staff! 10/10
