位於central festival附近，位置方便，能走路到沙灘。對面有24小時的小型便利店。職員的英文能力較差，不太能溝通，態度不太好，特別是house keeping的職員，廁所沒有tissue paper要求職員refill，態度極差。早餐選擇不多，很一般。 房間很大，廁所整潔程度不錯，唯床單不乾淨，發現有類似昆蟲屍體/大便的異物，要求職員更換床單和被袋，態度不好，更不願意更換床單，反轉就算，感覺床單並不是每次check out都會更換。 入住時需要付1000THB按金，只能用現金，不收信用卡，對於退房後就回國的旅客很不方便。 下次不會再入住。

My budget hotel
The hotel location is good for go anywhere, room is spacious and comfortable, more street food and restaurant nearby, swimming pool is not big, buffet breakfast not much choice but also acceptable, will stay again when we come back to Pattaya.

朝食は毎日変化があり美味しく頂きました。7：00~向かいのホテル3件が営業して無いのでさびれたソイの感じがする、その分静かです。屋上のプール、ジム良いです。エレベーターも客室キーでセキュリティーがあり良いです。

We loved our time here. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. The pool was also really nice and the room was very comfortable. The air conditioner works really well I’m the room. Everything is very to track from here.

The hotel is clean and functional. Good breakfast and nice pool on the roof. The rooms are basic but acceptable for price range. One downside the wifi is woeful takes 20 minutes to log on and drops in minutes to start whole process again. Many people using phones and devices in hotel lobby where wifi works. Overall good location quiet but very close to where you need to be in minutes. Rooms cleaned every day to great standard

6 nights in a Suite. I recommend the hotel with some reservations. Pros: Room - Nice clean big room and great location Hotel - Beautiful swimming pool on roof, gym with decent equipment. All clean and tidy Cleaning staff - obviously working had because all clean and tidy Cons: Reception staff (1 of 2) - Our pre paid reservation was for the Suite room. Thay took us to a normal room and when I asked to have the Suite room (that I have paid for in full) their initial reaction was for us to stay in the smaller room "because our luggage was already there" Reception staff (2 of 2) - when checking out the cleaners didn't find one tea spoon in the room. The receptionist insisted we pay £0.40/$0.55 for the spoon. This dispute delayed our departure to airport, our taxi was waiting so we paid for this. Considering we paid £390/$490 for the room this was rather petty, on my view. If they eventually find the spoon I insist them to post it to me here in UK. I have paid for it so it is mine.

Good hotel, centrally located. Great breakfast and facilities. Clean and functional rooms. On the downside, the hotel refused to lend me an iron, saying I had to pay for an ironing service. No hotel has ever refused to lend me an iron before. Also the rooftop pool is constantly visited by pigeons; you have to be aware of them flying over and pooing. They also poo at the side of the pool, and the water from the pool laps over the poo.
