“This is a must see for yourself!! The owners have thought of every detail from the over the top welcome amenities to extras like offering beach chairs and towels to go explore the local beach! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! She even prepared a to go breakfast when she found out we had to leave out early one morning! We enjoyed home grown fruits and veggies from her garden daily! If you want to step back in time, but still have the comforts of modern day you have to got to visit this place!……

“Thoroughly enjoyed the two big windows in our room that allowed us to soak in the views of the river. Even though it was not cold enough for the fireplace, we did have it on for a bit to take i. The whole experience of the clean and tidy room. Miguel provided exceptional attention to our needs! Looking to rebook for our anniversary.”

“This was a perfect getaway weekend! The lodge is in a remote area, which is so quiet. We enjoyed kayaking, going for a boat ride with the owner, Gary, and just walking around the village.Peggy stayed in touch with me throughout the time before our visit as well as during the visit even though she was not able to be there for the weekend. Debbie was our hostess and she was wonderful! The lodge is so unique and comfortable.”
