“Great place, I would stay again.”

“Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. Rhododaktylos, "The rosy-fingered dawn": I never understood the true meaning……

“We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one of our favorites! Katie is the most gracious host and was available to answer any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated and the space is well-thought out. The house is fully stocked and we had everything we needed.My husband loved the hot tub and we both loved the huge yard! We both thought Katie's place delivered both a wonderful place to stay at a reasonable price. We will DEFINITELY return! Thanks, Katie! ”

“Gorgeous home. Pet-friendly with a large pet bowl by the back door. The description said "one bathroom" but actually has 2 toilets, 3 vanities with one shower that is separated by pocket doors. We woke early each morning to amazing sunrises over the water with large windows at the back of the home. Plenty of room to walk our 2 little dogs on beautifully maintained property. Large, well-stocked kitchen with both Keurig and Nespresso machines. Beds are clean, comfortable with quality linens. ……

“A lovely small home on a quiet street in a quiet village. The layout of the house is very comfortable, the property was very clean and the hosts, Lolly and Lindley, very welcoming and helpful. It also has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve encountered via VRBO. We came with our dog who is just finishing a recovery from surgery and neighborhood was perfect for taking her on longer walks.”
