"The owner was very communicative and responsive and replaced the broken coffeemaker within a few hours of us notifying him about it. Otherwise, the wi-fi, Smart TV, heating, off-street parking, ample paper products, and well-equipped kitchen were just as advertised. It's a great location to walk to Main Street in minutes. The street traffic was a bit more noticeable at certain times due to solar eclipse visitors but not a big issue. As the previous reviewer noted, this spacious and clean studio...

"The Black Pearl is a win! From its central location to downtown Lake Placid and quick access to Whiteface to being a comfortable place to unwind after a full day outdoors we give 2 thumbs up.
