「Property is not even close to what the photos show. Cleanliness was terrible, very glad I brought my antibacterial cleanser. We stayed a month and needed to sweep, the sweeper was exremely dirty and we had to clean it before it would work. The floors are very uneven and "mushy", there's a basement below and thankful we didn't fall through. We were told we had off-street parking for our large SUV, We did until another tennent came in. We were told there were two spots, but not true. We had to...

「The apartment is located in a pretty good area of Fort Wayne. Anyone who knows FW, knows it's like any other big city-- it's got seedy areas, and nice areas, this is one of the nicer areas. When we first showed up to the VRBO, we were able to find parking, but when we came back there was none. So you'll want to take note of the local parking garage which is only about two blocks away. Its relatively cheap. The actual apartment was nice, cozy and surprisingly quiet despite how close to busy roads...
