「Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!」

「The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. 「Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. 」
