“Property itself was great, no complaints about that. Unfortunately the check-in process to get there was extremely difficult, especially with the large number of cars that my party had. Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license. “The owner was supposed to give us the code to check in and never answered our calls or texts. We waited outside of the home for over an hour. Even Vrbo tried to get in contact with the owner. We were on a tight schedule and had to pivot and find an emergency local hotel to stay in. So unfortunately never got to stay. ”

“We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family.
The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It had a cozy, welcoming feel with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
