“We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.”

Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had……

“We booked this bed and breakfast for a weekend marriage conference. Before arriving we were called and told that they had to move our room to the carriage house due to a septic issue with the main manor. The carriage house is a smaller building on the property. Upon arriving it felt a bit run down overall. We entered our room on the second floor of the carriage house. It was small but quaint and what we needed. “Such a lovely stay and overall experience — definitely one I’d repeat. If you’re visiting in winter, there are a few things to keep in mind: make sure to read all the information they provide. If you plan to use the jacuzzi, start heating it as soon as you arrive so you can really enjoy it; same with the sauna. I think I’d even pay a bit extra if the heating were electric, but honestly, if you have the right attitude, lighting it yourself becomes part of the fun and the experience. I……
