「The hotel was clean and the bed was soft. It’s an affordable room. I’m from Thomasville and returned for a visit and decided to give the hotel a try. I was shocked that it was so nice for the price. The housekeepers came on time and made sure all my needs were met. I will stay here again.」

There was hair in both beds and cigarette ashes left in the bathroom sink, which made the room feel unsanitary and unacceptable for a paying guest. I returned to the front desk right away to request a refund due to the condition of the room, but my request was denied.
