Golf trip

The property was great and very clean. The only complaint I had was the primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. Everything else was outstanding. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely accommodations

This was our second visit to Anchors Away. We loved it just as much as the first time. The condo is just beautiful and very convenient to all restaurants and shopping. The hot tub in the pool area was out of order but that didn't affect us too much. There were a few minor things in the condo and a note was left for the cleaning staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely return.

Anchors Away

Rental was just like the pictures, very clean, felt safe and secure, great location. Loved the TV's and setup of condo. Would stay there again. Only compliant is the checkout is at 10:00 am vs 11:00 am at most other rentals. On top of this, someone from the linen company was knocking on the door at 9:15 am delivering clean linens. This was annoying and he was not friendly. Could have at least waited until 10:00 am. Also, pool was super clean and nice. Just wish it had been deeper as it was so shallow that it was very warm in the July heat. Not a big deal but something to note. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Condo - Bad Experience

While the condo was clean, spacious, and great, we had an unfortunate experience on our first day that the owner could have avoided. The doors to the bedrooms have keyhole locks and no keys to unlock them. All of the room's locks were set to lock before we got there (I'm sure by accident). My mother's door shut and locked all her belongings inside. It was close to closing time at the front desk, so we had to wait over 2 hours for a locksmith to come and get us back in the room. We were stuck at the condo because her purse, clothes ...everything was inside the room. Then later that night, we were locked out of the condo because the front door keypad battery was dead. We again had to wait on the locksmith to arrive and let us inside. There is no contact for the owner, and it was very disappointing to hear the owner was there the previous week with the same door lock issue in the bedrooms. The property management was friendly to work with, but I hope with this review, the owners will switch the doorknobs in all the bedrooms and add a reminder to change the front door keypad's batteries to avoid this issue again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Master bathroom door would not stay completely open due to loose screws on the bottom hinge, very easy fix. Only other minor suggestion is to have shade or some type of cover on the slider.

Clean, comfortable and close to courses!

Two couples on a short golf trip rented Anchors Away based on the two king bedrooms configuration. The on-line photos do not do justice to this unit. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a clean, bright, well equipped, corner unit condo overlooking a pond and green on True Blue. We have our sights on Anchors Away for a return visit.

Anchors Away - Pawleys Island

We very much enjoyed this beautiful condo in the True Blue community. This is by far the best rental we have had during our many trips to Pawleys Island. It was clean upon our arrival, bed was comfortable and plenty of plush towels for use. Would not hesitate renting this unit again. Thank you for sharing the home.

This was our 2nd stay at True Blue. Our unit was super nice except for a few hiccups... the microwave didn’t have any power, the refrigerator light was out and the dryer took forever to dry clothes. Other than those few easily fixable things out stay was fantastic.

Golfing Weekend

Condo was very comfortable, clean and well located. Many great golf courses nearby, several good restaurants (The Brew Coffee Shop, Frank’s, J. Peters) as well as grocery stores and also a few places to shop for gifts and souvenirs. Condo had everything you needed to get started. Be sure to bring k-cups and dishwashing soap. View from living room and master of the lake on the 4th hole was very pretty. Little porch was great for morning coffee.

Nice property, convenient location

This was a nice condo, very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and nice view of course. Only problem was that we could hear the people upstairs walking around but otherwise a nice place to stay.
