Phenomenal Stay!

Cozy home near beach. Great for family with dogs

This house is in a neighborhood about 1.5 miles from miles long beach where you can walk dogs. Really beautiful, There is also a lovely neighborhood very close for shorter walks with dogs and morning runs. The other nice thing is the house is within easy walking to grocery and a few restaurants.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for the weekend while we were in town for our wedding at Pawleys Plantation. It was an easy location, close to a grocery store, and was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay.

Family Friendly & Convenient

We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The property was clean and well kept, and close to local conveniences and restaurants. The property manager was incredibly responsive, which was greatly appreciated as we were traveling the weekend of Hurricane Milton.

Holiday Getaway

A quick trip to relax & unwind is always good! We enjoyed our stay at Coastal Retreat and found the location very convenient to just about any activity in the Pawleys Island area. We bicylced, hiked, enjoyed nice restaurants and the beach. The house was perfect for us with its WiFi availability and large screen TV. Thank you for a nice experience!

Great November Getaway

My husband and spent the first week of November in Pawleys Island. The weather was beautiful. The house was conveniently located on south casueway, short drive or bike ride to the beach. We will be back againg soon.

Great location and very clean

We enjoyed our brief stay and would consider returning here. As true to other reviews, this home was very clean and had ample supply of towels and linens. The location is in proximity to various shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed our walks on the beach.

Vacation

Me and a few of my friends rented out this property for our vacation this year. The location was great for what we needed access to as far as fishing and enjoying the beach. The host provided us with all the information we needed and we had no issues. If we return to the area this will definitely be our first option!

quiet neighborhood house

House was clean, and had everything we needed. Close enough to Pawley's beaches to walk or ride bike. Also close enough to walk to the highway and grocery stores. Hot tub was a nice bonus!

Pawleys island stay

The location was quite easy to locate. More space than I needed as my 1 did not join me. Access to town and beaches was super easy. I don’t use keurig coffee maker disposables so I purchased a reusable insert to limit the waste. I also had a challenge with the wine glasses being too big for my grasp. The garbage was not collected on schedule. Generally very satisfied with this rental.

When we travel we don’t usually spend much time in the rental, so the most important thing is the comfort of the beds and safety. Both of those things were met just fine. The master bed was very comfy! We did BBQ one night, and a few additional kitchen items would’ve come in handy (bbq grill brush, platters, etc) but we made due. My biggiest complaints are that the master bedroom door lock didn’t work and The towels in the linen closet were damp upon arrival. Other than that, the host is very easy to communicate with and there was enough space for my family! Thank you!

Pet Friendly Home Away from Home

Just right for my husband and our Shar-pei. No restrictions as to the weight of my pet. She made herself right at home. If my pet is welcome and happy so am I. Great location! Close to Pawleys Island beach!The house was clean and ready for us as promised.

Perfect family stay

We always stay here when we go to Pawleys island. It's convenient, close to beach and stores. Feels like our home. Cozy and clean. I love how their are extra towels for shower and cleaning. Great Laundry. We love using the Jacuzzi! It's a must. Overall experience will always be a 10/10. I recommend this for a family or guest of 6 and below.

Good location, very clean

We stayed for 3 nights. Overall the unit is very nice and clean. We loved that we could bring our dog. There were a few minor things that we let Nathan know about and hopefully he has addressed them. If you plan to cook, bring your spices and a few good knives (and a peeler). The outdoor jacuzzi is not private as all the neighbors are in very close proximity. The pictures don’t show it. We didn’t use it so, not a huge deal for us. There is a Lowe’s grocery store and a Food Lion close by. The beach is maybe a mile or two (max) away. We went to the Rustic Table one night for dinner. I highly recommend it. Food, cocktails and service were outstanding!Overall the inside pictures were a true representation. The king bed was comfortable. Our 1st time at Pawleys and we thought it was great.

The host is very accommodating

Our stay started with a complementary 2 hour early check in. Once we were the check in was effortless and the house was immaculate. The beds sleep very comfortably and the living area and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. We enjoyed the hot tub one night just before bed and it was so relaxing. Very clean and well taken care of. Check out was honestly the easiest I've ever experienced. No laundry list of things to do, just a couple things and the rest was left to the cleaning crew. We will definitely be back for another stay and hopefully sooner than later.

Sweet Stay

Our 2 night stay was very comfortable and convenient! Only 5 mins away from the beach area. The home was lovely and cozy! It was perfect for my family of 6, although it sleeps 8. Everything was clean and tidy. No crazy odor or smell. Not overwhelming with too much decor either. The color palette of the comforters in the bed to towels in the bathrooms as well as the rest of the home brings comfort and relaxation. Everything we used operated smoothly. A plus was the jacuzzi outdoors! It was a short and sweet stay for us! We thoroughly enjoyed this place and will definitely book again when we come to Pawleys Island. Thank you for hosting us.
