Condo
Beautiful view of ocean. A little noisy when on deck as its first floor and above parking lot. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with suggestions in the area of restaurants etc. The high table and chairs on the deck were great. Although the other two rockers were comfortable they could be replaced as they are getting very rusty. Great furniture and TVs. The kitchen was well stocked except for dish towels so I picked some up. Maybe it is common not to have them in condo rentals, I’m not sure. Although the kitchen was functional, I feel it could use a makeover. All in all we did enjoy our stay. Again the host is excellent at communicating.

Great location and lodging, right on the LONG beach. Not crowded, also convenient to many golf courses. Nice amenities including many beach toys!

Above and beyond
We could not be more thrilled with our stay at beautiful Litchfield by the Sea. Sharon’s condo was jam packed with every essential under the sun- from beach chairs to tents to sand toys to a duel Keurig/coffee pot. She thought of everything. Condo was roomy and comfortable. Grounds were gorgeous. Beach and pool were beautiful. We can’t thank Sharon enough and cannot wait to visit again!

Third stay here
This was our third time staying at this very well located, well equipped and comfortable condo. Steps from the beach (with beach views from living room and primary bedroom) in Litchfield by the Sea and very near many local restaurants and shopping. Check in and out were very easy. Property manager is very organized and helpful. Can't go wrong here!

Relaxing beach stay!
Very nice property! We love this area and have stayed several times, this is the nicest property so far we have stayed in. Very well stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a canopy. Kitchen and furniture are excellent quality! Easy beach access and ocean front view from the master bedroom, living room and balcony. Love it!

Ocean Front stay
Great location, very well stocked and equipped condo for my family. The accommodations were very welcoming and comfortable. Had everything that was needed for a great beach week, including many chairs, tents and sand toys. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an oceanfront beach stay that all you need to bring is your bathing suit and family!

Wonderful place !
We’ve stayed in many summer places and this definitely is on short list of best ever ! Homey feel and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our 4 adult/3 child family group. Owner was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond. No surprises. Which is kinda a first. Location is literally within steps of ocean. “We’ll be baaaaack” :-)

Wonderful condo
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The kids loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very comfortable. Amazing location just steps to the beach and convenient storage closet with tons of beach equipment. Will definitely choose this condo for all our future beach trips!!

Great location, lots of amenities, unit is a little dated but everything functions well,. Only real issue is that master bedroom could use some blackout curtains or shades. Gets beautiful morning sun but also floodlight from parking area.

Awesome condo!
Condo was super spacious and perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of games and beach stuff, extras like trash bags etc were a nice touch. Very comfortable and felt like home! Amazing view of the beach and ocean, great walking distance to the beach (less than 1 min) and close to pool. Pool is very big so great for kids. Great access to pool from beach. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again. Owner very helpful and responsive.

What a location and view of the ocean!!! A few step, maybe 20, from the condo to the sand. A closet full of new beach equipment made going to the beach SUPER easy. The condo is perfectly decorated and the surrounding community is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The kitchen is well equipped with lots of room for cooking meals. The living areas are spacious and welcoming. There are plenty of towels, including additional dish towels, if needed. Being on the first floor was nice for easy access to the parking lot, beach, and neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We love this condo!
We can't say enough good things about this condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked! No need to bring umbrellas/tents, chairs or beach toys, this place has it all! There were 7 of us that stayed in this unit and we had plenty of room. I love how close of a walk it is to the beach. We had a great time!

EASY and CONVENIENT Vacation!
We have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for the last four years, this stay is the first we went through Vrbo. Sharon was awesome! Great communication and super easy to work with. It was the first time we have had access to a storage closet and that was SUPER convenient. Believe the listing when it says the closet is full of all you need - chairs, tent, toys for the kids. As a parent of a five and seven year old, the hardest part of packing to go on vacation is loading up the sand toys and beach chairs and then bringing them home at the end of the trip. To ensure we had enough toys, we packed ours but found we didn't need them based on what Sharon provided. So, don't bring toys or chairs! It will save you lots of hassle and be less that you have to pack! Thank you, Sharon, for providing us a great place to make more summer memories with our family!

We Keep Coming Back!
This is our second year to stay here and we plan to do so again! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach and hearing the waves crash is not just a dream. Wonderfully appointed kitchen, immaculately clean and a feeling of home are my three favorite things about the condo. The icing on the cake (we actually celebrated our son’s first birthday here) is the kindness, helpfulness and responsiveness of the host. Sharon is the best. Another fun-filled trip to Pawleys Island …
… and it was just as wonderful as our last visit in 2017! The majority of our time was spent in a triangle of entertainment. From the comfy sectional sipping coffee and reading, to the beach where we rode waves and marveled in all the ocean and bird activity, to the pool where we played catch and floated serenely, and then back to the sectional where we watched some late night TV (Fixer Upper and Naked & Afraid were our favorites) and played Charades. Yes, we did venture out for some fabulous dinners, but the triangle of entertainment kept us relaxed, content, and unplugged … a much needed break for our family of five. Wonderfully relaxing trip
This property was wonderful for our our family of five. We previously stayed at other properties over the years, but this had some wonderful perks that are often overlooked - specifically, the ease of beach access. A lot of other properties require a much longer walk to and from the beach; whereas, this property we could be to and from in under 5 minutes. It was great! Additionally, the use of the storage unit to store items rather than having to bring them up to the room was fantastic and made for easy coming and going to the beach throughout the week. Additionally, the use of the beach chairs and tent in the closet was an added bonus...and much appreciated. The unit itself was great - clean and wonderful view of the sunrise. The automatic candles that turned on in the evening was a nice touch :). All in all, wonderful trip and great communication with the homeowners on any questions or concerns we had through our trip.

The condo was described perfectly. Great location, so close to the beach. The condo was clean and supplied well. The owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. We enjoyed the beach, kayaking, SUP'ing and riding bikes. We would love to come back again.

Just as advertised!
Our family had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful condo. When you walk in the front door,you can see the ocean! You are literally steps from the ocean and a two minute walk to the pool. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will absolutely be back. Sharon is a wonderful host and doesn't overlook any detail to make your stay perfect. Make sure to have your pool passes ready,they do come around and check daily. Highly recommend for all travelers!

Family Friendly with a View!
A great location! Wonderful bike trails, gated entrance, pristine pool, super clean and beautifully furnished condo -yet kid friendly and safe for the grandchildren😘 Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, and short walk over the dunes to the beach. Would highly recommend!!
