“We stayed for a few nights and it was great. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was so cute. Very well stocked with kitchen items, and plenty of towels! Really a good location that was close to many things. The street parking was easy to find a spot most of the time. The hallway smelled like smoke but you could not smell it in the apartment at all. We didn’t hear any neighbors, either. Loved that they had a steamer, but of note there was not a full length mirror in the apartment. Super……

“I’m reviewing what happened. I was not able to stay. I woke up sick the morning of and I tried to ask for at least the cleaning fee back since they didn’t have to re-clean the unit since I didn’t stay. I know it’s at the discretion of the renter as to whether or not they would comply but they said they would respond within 24 hours. It’s been over a week and they have just left me hanging. I can understand changing my mind for no reason, but I actually woke up sick and felt that asking for the……
