「PEACEFUL SMALL PLACE TO STAY ..」

「Our Family stayed at this location in 2023 and looked forward to our return in 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island yet close enough to home to accomdate schedules etc.This location/Property is perfect for us (mooring) Beautiful spot allowing us to satisfy varied interests (boating, fishing, sunset cruises, beach, biking, exploring nature, etc...)」

「Such a relaxing stay with beautiful views! We spent a lot of time at the Naval Base, but tried to enjoy the cottage as much as we could! It has all the amenities you need and did I mention the views?!!! We can’t wait to stay here again. 」

「I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...

「This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. We hope to be back again next summer!」

「The house was adorable and VERY well stocked. The host was ultra responsive and easy to work with. The home is fairly centrally located so made getting around in all directions easy. The neighborhood was the only thing I dropped a star on. The neighbor's properties were VERY lived in and we were a little concerned at the beginning. But the neighbors were all nice and happy to help with whatever questions we had. We would recommend the home.」

「This cottage is so cute, across the street from the ferry landing and the general store, and has the best front porch ever. The owners also put time into honoring the history of the home and the island. PI is also not filled with Range Rovers and too big houses, it's wonderful!We booked very last minute for July 4th weekend and watched about 10 different fireworks displays and the charming PI parade on the 4th alone from our comfy perch on the wonderful front porch.
