「More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. 」

「Sweet little cottage with a huge wonderful view!The kitchen was perfect for our long weekend. The bed comfy, and the bathroom - heated floors! The carport kept the car from turning into an oven, and would be an asset in the snow season. Check-in instructions are clear., and the information binder helpful. 」

「The home was so thoughtfully prepared for us. The check-in was simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and as such we could easily make our own meals. We had no issues with electronics - i.e., wifi, tv, etc. The location was central to everything we were doing. We had rented a car and it typically took 10 minutes or less to every place we needed to go.」

「Everything went well. Great response, checked in early, house well maintained and enjoyed Lassen while there. 」

「We loved this little cabin, it was fully stocked. It had everything we needed. The cabin itself was updated and clean. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob!」

「From the moment I walked in I felt "at Home" Perfect size place which is detached from the main home but is attached to a rarely used garage. As I looked out the living room window. Through the trees I saw something running right through the yard... It was moving fast and had as the sun hit this strange sight it glistened beautifully. Still puzzled as to what it was I walked just through the gate and onto the gorgeous grean grass...then I spotted a fishing boat on top of this moving mass of.......

「We used this cozy home as our base to explore the area. Visited Burney Falls and Lassen National Park as well as Redding and Red Bluff. Very much enjoyed this home. Beds were comfortable and the home was well supplied. We would like to visit again.」

「We visited for 4 days and stayed a 5th day so we could get another day of skiing in. We were comfortable, the place was heated, warm, cozy and away from everything which is what we wanted. There’s a store in town (Reeds) where you can grab groceries, Redding is a half hour away, Shasta 1.5 hours. Peace, quiet, Serenity, good for the kids to run around. Plenty of firewood for the old school stove. Beds cozy. Office nearby. Hottub wasn’t overchlorinated which was nice. They should make it lighter...
