“Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house.”

“La villa est spacieuse. Bien équipée. Malheureusement pour nous il à fait 15 degrés dans le logement pendant 24h sur les 42 heures que nous sommes restés. Week-end fin octobre avec température extérieure entre 6.3 et 10.4 degrés. Pluies vent. Présence de techniciens le samedi de 10h à 16h pour réparer la chaudière. Avec toutes ces conditions, je ne recommande pas . Notre séjour à juste été gâché. ”

“A really excellent house in a fantastic location. The accommodation was perfect for us and included everything we needed for our comfort. And provided us with an incredible view on all sides. It was great to explore Lake Annecy from Dossard which provided a relaxed base for us to plan our adventures. Our host gave really clear info, was on hand for anything we needed and the property was exactly as advertised ”

“Large sliding glass doors on main floor and bedrooms provided stunning views of the lake and mountains. The pool was a welcome relief from unexpected very hot sunny weather in June. Host Fabienne was very responsive, kind. And helpful. Great location as base for exploring the lake region, but be prepared for very steep driveway and up to shopping street.”

“Vraiment logement très bien situé et très grand.Bonne communication avec l’agence qui gère le bien.Le seul bémol était le manque de chauffage dans les chambres.Sans doute un problème sur les radiateurs qui pourra être facilement pour les prochains voyageurs.”

“A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.”
