We had a small group with ages 17-75. Everyone loved it! The home was beautiful inside and out. The backyard was so relaxing and had plenty of seating for playing board games. Went on a walk/hike out from the back of the property with the dog and it was great. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was extremely well thought out, stock and easy to enjoy. The owners thought of all aspects of a guests needs and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay! The property is gorgeous and we loved being able to walk out the backyard to go hiking. They have thought of everything for outdoor entertainment. We never left the property the whole four days. It was just what we needed for recharging with our family. Communication with the owner was fantastic. We look forward to coming back soon!

Great place!!! Would recommend to friends a family if traveling to Payson Arizona. The rental had a real homely feeling. Close to the wagon wheel a the east verde river. A town wasn’t but 5 minutes away.

The property is very spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet, yet conveniently located. We were there for several scheduled day hikes, yet both the interior and exterior stairs seemed very steep to us. The set up is very dog friendly.

Sun room was the best part of the house. The outdoor areas are spacious and loved the s’mores welcome kit. Has a great time staying here. Looks just like the pictures. Would just recommend more towels, especially if you’re going to use the jacuzzi.

We loved the area and the home. The floors had been hurriedly cleaned. We moved a chair and dog hair and dust abounded beneath. All the hard to reach areas of the floor were dusty and had dog hair.

The house is very clean. They had a dog run area and doggy door for our pups. A couple of the downstairs rooms were decorated in a kid friendly way with games and toys available. The sunroom is the best spot in the house with a comfy couch and gorgeous views. The backyard is beautiful with a relaxing pond and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very dog friendly with the fenced in yard...even had dog toys. It looks like a lot of thought went into this house, since they had games for guests and the kitchen had every utensil I would need. There were just 2 of us and we really enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings looking out the front windows at the sunrise. In the evening, we sat on the back deck off the bedroom drinking a beer and unwinding before dinner. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook. So many spices, tin foil, Keurig coffees and anything else you may forget. The bathrooms were very nice and well supplied. Every room has games and puzzles for family fun of all ages. The outdoor area was very inviting with lots of seating and activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit and grilled our dinner on an open fire. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for someplace with a kitchen and pet friendly, but this place was way above our expectations. They really went above and beyond when thinking of things guests may need. The fenced yard gave us peace of mind for our dog, even though she won't wander off. The location gave us the best views to enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise from the front windows and a beer in the evening on the bedroom deck watching the sun go down. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Stayed here with my family for my nephew’s wedding and it was the perfect place to relax in between wedding activities and spend time with my kids! This home is beautifully furnished and truly had everything we needed. The yard was wonderful and we loved sitting back there and enjoying all the beauty. I had kids in from Colorado and Georgia including my little grandson, and it was so nice to have a comfortable home for all of to gather. We were close to everything. Had breakfast at the very close by at the Crosswinds Restaurant at the Payson Airport. Great place! Would definitely come back!!
