The property is in a very good location for getting around the area, restaurants, and shopping. The Luxury King was very nice with space and the bedding. The roomlooked like it was in the middle of some repairs and upgrades. The condition matched the price, which was fine for us. .

The room has great potential but could use some maintenance. The window curtain sheers were old and torn. The sheets had some stains. The hot water ran out midway through a short shower. Found a huge brown bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom one night. Complimentary breakfast was ok if you get there right when it starts. Midway through, it was lacking in choices and cold. Make-your-own waffles were good though. The office staff was very courteous and professional at check-in and check-out.

Definitely not worth the money! No table or desk for a laptop. Not a single chair! Kleenex box empty and towels you could see through. Slow wifi as well. Should have stayed somewhere else. The lobby was shabby and no sign of the breakfast. Burnt out coffee machine in the room. I could go on but won’t!

Unfortunate service from check in. We needed a small accommodation (a room change to the lower level) and the individual behind the front desk was not very accommodating. Expedia had to call them to support us. We ended up not staying there for a few reasons- one being the unkind staff, staff stating there are none of the same rooms available downstairs then after Expedia called and we cancelled they did have a King room. The room also smelled like cigarettes. Honestly would have given the place a chance if it was not for the unfortunate and unkind service upon check in. Do better.

Unpleasant stay, the carpet in our room had a large stain. The bathroom laminate was nasty, the shower curtain was orange at the bottom, the paint was chipping off the bottom of the bathroom door, the room smell was musty. No elevator. Our door lock: handle was loose, the weather stripping around the door was missing you could see light coming through when the door was closed. Zero stars. Motel 6 would’ve been a better choice.
