Villa Beram is a recently renovated , century-old villa located in the picturesque town of Beram , located in the heart of Istria near the town of Pazin .
The villa is decorated in traditional stone and wood , which adds to its authentic charm . Spread over three floors , the villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests . The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated in soft and light colors, and the spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen has a corner fireplace . Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Istrian hills from the terrace .
The exterior of the villa features a heated swimming pool and balconies overlooking the spacious greenery , making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Villa Beram is also pet-friendly , so you can bring your furry friend with you on vacation upon request for an additional fee of 10 EUR / dog / day.
Pool heating is charged additionally and amounts to 250 EUR/week.
There is also a cleaning fee of EUR 150.
