“Everything was wonderful the stuff was very helpful and friendly,and the room was clean. I wished they had complimentary breakfast”

“The hotel was nice and clean and smelled wonderful. The power went out for a few hours and it got really hot. Wasn’t offered anything. I was a little upset because nobody mentioned to tell me that breakfast is only available on the weekends but they were quick to tell me about the $12 parking fee and $100 daily deposit fee. The staff are nice and the pool hours are from 9am to 6pm which was the first I’ve ever heard of and I only found out when I asked nobody mentioned the pools hours. I would……

“The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. ”

“The room was dirty. These are the things within my room that were not clean: bathroom door, shower walls and fixtures, closet door mirror, carpeting, blow dryer handle, and bedspread cover, toilet paper holder, and bathroom sink faucet. The elevator was filthy and needed cleaning. Maintenance was also needed for all of the lighting fixtures in the room. It appeared the owners just didn’t care. I will not return to this hotel.”
