“If you want to get away from the hustle of life, this is the place . The description doesn’t do it justice on the peace you will find here. Some great trails to hike or golf cart . The tiny cabin has all you need from screened in porch to overlooking the canal and hearing and seeing nature all day. It’s truly a get away. ”

“Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. Sleeps 22 but do take note there are 12 beds. Bring your own soap to shower but over all very nice place and good……

“The property was gorgeous! We felt like we were in our own private park. You could hear a few vehicles out on the highway, but you could not see them. It was great to have the 5 bedrooms with a bathroom for each, plus the half baths out by the pool. ”

“Excellent property!! The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The landscaping around the pool, house and gazebo was lovely. Much nicer than most houses in the area. The view from the house was breathtaking. The dock that runs on 2 sides of the property was well maintained. The cargo elevator made moving our large amount of “stuff” in and out of the house a breeze. The downstairs kitchen and bathroom were wonderful……
