"Perfect crash pad for a weekend hockey tournament at Extreme Ice Center. Nice breakfast area, and room had a very nice renovated bathroom. In room a/c was meh. Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good. "

"We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild. This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. Pet friendly home without any pet smells. Our fur baby was happy. The home has a lot of charm from the post WWII era but great modern upgrades. The owners did a fantastic job of mixing the two without compromising either. The mattresses were super comfy, which is hit or miss with Short Term Rentals. This one is a hit. I highly recommend this property and would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. When we entered the hallway headed to our room, the smell of marijuana was so strong it was nauseating. Once inside our room, the smell was still so overpowering that we needed to put a rolled towel at the base of the door. There were no smoking or vaping of any substance signs everywhere. At 2am 3 people started arguing so loudly that it woke us up. They were outside by their car parked below our window. "

"Very clean. Good amenities except only towels were provided. There were no hand towels or bath clothes. Smaller bathroom had very low water pressure. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice."

"Our host was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. The condo was well-furnished, clean, and so spacious. We had great WiFi and were able to work without any interruptions. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient."
