The Staff there was so helpful and nice. They have an easy to use laundry service that they help take care of with an outside service. Nice clean room + Pool. With some nice restaurants nearby. Rong and Pande Hill Restaurant

Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service.

Very cute hotel! The property is in great condition, the pool is great. The rooms are nice! The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner but for the most part everything was nice. Staff are great, we stayed for 5 nights and could’ve stayed longer. Quiet as well.

A pousada é tranquila, ótima para quem não gosta de agito e muito barulho. Limpa, cama boa e ótimo banheiro com água quente. Possui uma cozinha comunitária que é uma boa opção para lanches e café da manhã. Funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. Adoramos a nossa estadia no Kula e recomendamos.
