"The apartment was spotless. And included a weekly visit from the cleaning lady who brought in fresh towels, cleaned everything and made up the bed with fresh bedding. Had everything I needed for simple meals at home. Close proximity to bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The landlord has been most helpful with the questions that I’ve had. "

"I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses.
This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"On photos the guest house looks good. But in real life it a very small room (about 2.5*3.5 sq.m) including bathroom. One more thing: it's situated on the basement floor, so don't expect any beautiful views from your window.
Also, the service is a bit poor. I'm actually ok with the fact, that they hadn't seen our payment and charged me more, than they should. An I can even cope with the fact that they wanted us to check-out 1 day earlier (because they couldn't find our payment again).
