「I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. 「Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

「We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. 「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」
