"First impressions were excellent. The room looked amazing, and we had a beautiful ocean view overlooking Copacabana Beach. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room that really put a downer on the stay. Most of the USB points in the room did not work, especially the ones near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was an unpleasant smell in the room. This smell was not present in other areas of the hotel, only in the room itself. It was so bad that I had to move from the first room to a second one. It is such a shame, as I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Rio, but the smell was very off putting. On a positive note, the location is excellent. I really loved where the hotel is situated. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options, and the staff went above and beyond. My son especially enjoyed the pancakes, and they made sure he had them, which was a lovely touch. The staff in general were outstanding. They interacted so well with my young son, and he still talks about them. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. I also really appreciated that they extended my room time due to a very late return trip. The rooftop area is another highlight and well worth visiting. Overall, while there were some disappointing room aspects, but the staff and location were exceptional."

"O colchão do 202 é bem desconfortável, parece velho, pois ele fica com a marca afundada do corpo. A capa das almofadas estavam com cheiro de usadas, então, na acho que as capas foram trocadas antes de eu entrar. No café da manhã, tinha variedade, mas fiquei bastante frustrada quando fui comer o pão francês e estava duro e com gosto de velho. Ou seja, reaproveitaram do dia anterior... No mais, tudo certo. "

"The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! "
