“La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème. Aucune réponse à un problème ( pour nous c’est le transfert inter île). Ils vous laisse vous débrouiller. Les gens de l’accueil sont juste bon pour réserver un taxi. Pas plus ”

“Room was very clean and had a cleaner in every day. Had a restaurant and shop not even 5 minutes down the road. Perfect location, the area was pretty quiet when we went in march which was perfect for us. There were busses running to Santa Maria snd was a 20-30 minute walk down and taxis right outside the hotel to get which was perfect. There was also another bus to their resort on the beach with a restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to ponta preta beach. The staff were amazing and lovely.……

“ The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are low quality. Very old decor with bits of the wall & ceiling filled in with filler. The air conditioning didn't work. There were exposed wires. Rusty handles. Bathroom shower water temperature was irregular. Bedsheets were old, unironed and they weren't changed regularly. Swimming pool isn't cleaned and hotel guests rarely go in the pool. We had to sometimes ask for towels. The manager says the rooms are fully booked and say they can……

“I think this resort is a bit overrated. It was obviously nice, it's a 5-star Hilton. But things were ridiculously overpriced. One mojito costs around €15! The breakfast was really amazing, so we thought we would try the buffet dinner, but it was pretty terrible, so would not recommend. Finally, oddly our room had loads of flies. It was reallt really strange. At one point i was lookong around the bathroom and spotted 27 little flies! It wasn't terrible and they were more like little moths, not……
