The residential complex “Augusta” is located at one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca, 9 km to the beach of “Las Marinas” and 9 km to the city centre of Denia.

The urbanisation “La Sella” offers you a 27 -hole golf course, 6 tennis courts, minimarket, restaurant, pharmacy amd Reception “Serviden”.

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 persons, living-dining room, bathroom, full equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron and iron-board, TV/SAT (languages: German, English), furnished terrace, community pool and garden

Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr alt und teilweise verrostet

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön, nur das ganze Mobiliar ist sehr alt. In der Badewanne hängt ein Handtuch Halter, der sehr verrostet ist. Die weißen Handtücher waren gleich mit Rost verfärbt, wenn man sie dort aufgehängt hat. Auf dem Balkon war das Gestell vom Glastisch total verrostet. Das sieht alles sehr unansehnlich aus. Es gab nicht wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung beschrieben einen Wasserkocher, war blöd immer Wasser mit einem nicht passenden Topf zu kochen.würde man die Wohnung grundsätzlich netter einrichten wäre es sehr sehr schön. Was leider sehr schade ist, dass man kein WLAN hat oder bekommt. Zur heutigen Zeit etwas traurig, denn für schöne Strände, Ausflüge oder Restaurants gab es in der Wohnung keine Unterlagen und man musste ins Internet schauen.

Overall Excellent

I was staying here with my 2 children and their grandparents were staying very close by in their friend's apartment. Apartment was lovely, with the only possible downside was the limited view from the balcony. Initially, the photos gave me the impression that the apartment overlooked the pool, but that is not the case. It is one row back. That aside, the urbanisation is lovely with several pools for residents, which the kids loved. It's more of a Spanish family residential area, so not easy for the grandchildren to make friends around the pool. Very central for touring the area with Denia 20min, Valencia 80 min, Benadorm/Calpi 20/30 mins, plus pleanty of supermarkets and a shopping Mall within 15 min. Golf course adjacent. The one disappointment was arriving at midnight and there was absolutely nothing food wise in the apartment. At the cost of the apt, i would have at least expected some sort of a food parcel to get us through untill the following day. Milk, bread and water as a minimum. Nothing foodie in the cupboards so had to buy basics like salt, pepper, sauces just for a 7 day stay.
