  • Moored just 10 meters from the Baltic Sea, this modern houseboat at Zum Nordhafen 1, Peenemünde offers a unique waterside escape for up to four guests. The ground-floor layout includes two cozy bedrooms with double beds, a living/dining area with a gas fireplace and satellite TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, mini oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A single sofa bed adds extra flexibility, while air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort.

    Step outside to enjoy the furnished terrace, perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. The houseboat includes a laundry package, free WiFi, and convenient access to nearby amenities—restaurants, shops, and a train station are all within 6 km, while the sea beach and bathing spots are just 4 km away. With the Ostsee practically at your doorstep, it’s an ideal blend of nature and convenience.

    Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring Usedom’s scenic coastline, this floating retreat offers a memorable stay with all the comforts of home.
    The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.
