Coral bay villa

The villa was beautiful and located in a nice spot away from traffic and noise. However, communicating with Solmar Villas, the property manager, was nearly impossible. They were very unresponsive! Our first night of arrival two birds had been trapped in the villa (entering through the chimney where two pillows had been stuffed in the chimney to prevent them entering the villa rather than removing the nest) for an undetermined amount of time and had pooped everywhere. The villa had centipedes and ants. We continuously reached out to the property management company to have the villa cleaned and they were very unresponsive. They also do not supply anything but toilet paper, dish soap and dish towels. Unless something drastic changes we wouldn’t recommend booking this accommodation.
