Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.

Marcella in housekeeping was wonderful! Aurora at Reception was just terrific, too! We were in the Regent. It was a long way from reception but the room was adequate.

The bathroom sink was really low & uncomfortable - apparently it was an adapted room, but I only found out at checkout when I mentioned it.
Would it be nice to have been made aware at check in ! Would have been very difficult to manage if I had stayed more than one night so beware when checking in what room you are going to be assigned
