"Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach."

"We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel recently during the total solar eclipse. We got the perfect view of totality, overlooking the hills to the northwest, which was a once-in-a-lifetime event. The pools were beautiful and the bar had everything. The location of this hotel is perfect - you can take a dip in the pool then step outside the hotel gates and you’re right on a pristine beach. There are many lovely restaurants nearby, serving delicious food for a reasonable price. The only downside to our stay was that the water stopped working for 12 hours on our second night, meaning the shower didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush. However, this will not stop us from staying again - we are already planning our next visit to this hotel and we hope to stay longer next time. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel - it is outstanding."

"The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills."

"A great hotel for a stay in Palma - a 10 mins walk to the centre. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The facilities are modest but a great addition, a pool on the roof and a gym and suana/ spa in the basement. There is parking here too. The breakfast was great, fresh and wide choice and the restaurent was well regarded - but we did not use it. The staff were ll lovely and and very helpful. Would stay again"
