When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room. I also modified my reservation before arriving and before the cancellation time, but the hotel did not honor this and charged me extra even though I……
