“⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. I asked a housekeeper to clean our room while my grandson and I were out. She said she would, but when we returned around……

“Very clean room and located in a very convenient area. The lobby smelled good and was sparkling clean. Only downside was the AC leaked all over the floor because it was so hot out, but maintenance cleaned it up. Would definitely stay again.”

“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.”

“At arrival the bathroom in our room had some sand on the floor and one of the comforters was stained/dirty. I called to have the bed turned over and was told that there were no clean sheets available because housekeeping was gone for the day, but that I could come down and grab a comforter if I wanted…with my 3 small children in tow, one not yet walking, but they did end up bringing the comforter up to me. The advertised queen beds were more like a full and felt like I was sleeping on a board,……

“This was a way better stay than at the ECONO Lodge the staff was very helpful upon my arrival. I was basically kicked out of the first hotel. I asked for a late checkout. They threatened to call the police on me. I went to the quality Inn. I asked the guy could I book a room and check in right away he said yes he gave me a price. I told him it was cheaper online. He said OK book it online and I’ll go ahead and let you get in your room when I got in the room. It was very clean. It was still……

“The room was not clean: the floor was gross, there was dog hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the shower had hair and it was stopped up and flooding. The staff was okay.”
