"Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."

"Everything was great, the glass igloo, the food in the restaurant, and the staff!!! We mentioned that we had to leave early for our flight and will not be able to eat breakfast. When we came back to our igloo after a long day full of adventures we were pleasantly surprised to find a bag with sandwiches, fruit, juice and protein bars left for us!
