「Bed springs on the mattress were poking me and the breakfast was minimal , but everything looks the same when your eyes are closed Budget friendly so don’t expect the 4seasons at a budget price. Would I stay there again? Yeah, why not,,,, just maybe a bed that doesn’t poke me in the back while I’m sleeping. Were there bugs? I don’t know because I didn’t want to check… don’t need those nightmares for 3 nights. But the employees were friendly」

「Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer.」

「The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm.」

「Checked in at after 10:00 PM. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom & an ice bucket because they were not in the room. The bed had no top sheet. The breakfast was all picked over before 8 AM. No fruit or yogurt available. No healthy options.」

「Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. 」

「Couldn't keep up with coffee. Sunday morning a baseball team was eating breakfast so they pretty much took up the eating area. An hour later the hot items weren't hot/ lukewarm . Had to wait for coffee. NO ELAVATOR. Had to walk up 18 steps with your luggage plus no cart to put luggage on as we were on the second floor. Railings wobbly, not secure.」

Employees were very kind and helpful. An unpleasant surprise: 1 $25 "Upsell Early check in" After traveling from Bhm Alabama to Newton and arriving only 2 hours prior to check in time, this was an unpleasant surprise on our bill 2 Although not requiring any maid service, charged $4/day "service fees" These are cheesy...
