「We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times」

「This is a very nice 2-bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood, near the airport. It has a full kitchen and a stocked coffee bar. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. All of the amenities were as described. It has a reserved off-street parking spot. Mary was very pleasant and responded quickly to my questions. 」
