"Cottage is incredibly comfortable with many little details considered. Honestly the best cottage I've stayed in and i would absolutely book again. Watching eagles soar right out window, nest very easily spotted with the binoculars provided, was a highlight. Lake is beautiful and cottage feels like a good friends place, super welcoming."

"The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Martin was easy to reach and super friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great little escape from home and spent most of the time enjoying the hot tub and the beautiful lake view. Will definitely book again!"

"Very comfortable especially with three bathrooms. Might want to check on the dishwasher as it leaked one night due to a blockage of pumpkin seeds. Bottom tray is quite difficult to slide in and out. Excellent fishing. Thank you."

"Kevin and Laurie have been wonderful hosts. The cottage was spotless, with a lot of new modern touches. Sunsets are amazing, and we were lucky to be there post-season, so not sure how busy the beach gets during the summer. Water was very shallow. Great and safe for families with small children, but if you expecting to jump into the water this is not your location (at no fault to Laurie and Kevin!) This cottage met our goals and gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax!"

"Many thanks to Debbi and her family for hosting us in this lovely chalet. We visited during the winter and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the chalet. I thought that I would miss having access to an oven but it turned out that the stove top and toaster oven met our needs. A walk to the Gerber beach and view of the frozen Golden Lake was lovely. Thanks again."

"Everything is okay not bad. But one problem in the kitchen no have adjuste fan. My request for the cottage owner adjust fan cost not too much you can put one adjustable fan .because if you put a fan then the cooking smell go outside. And you need buy a big size knife and some good pillows for the bad. Otherwise everything is good. Thank you so much."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Cottage was comfortable and the front lawn was great for playing games. We took advantage of the area's attractions such as local antique car show, biking, hiking and the Bonnechere caves. The lake is very clean and clear and was great for swimming. I would recommend the provision of a microwave and bath towels to make it even better. Overall was a great value."

I didn’t use the pool area but we looked in and people looked like they enjoyed the area. Has nice fitness area and snacks available to purchase if need be. Different breakfast for the two mornings that we were there for. I would definitely suggest this location and I’d return anytime. "
