“Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. The room was a couple of flights, but we knew that and it was ok for us. A small window to look out of, but the room and bed was very comfortable. Shower and washroom was beautiful. Streetcar also is on the same street, still good for the location as it was near everything”

“We had the most wonderful stay here for 3 days over easter. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, every part of it is carefully thought out. The decor is gorgeous, rooms spacious with lovely high ceilings and it is immaculately clean. The grounds are stunning, service and staff exceptional, i cannot think of one negative thing about our stay. “I read a number of the negative reviews (after I had booked) and arrived at the hotel with anticipation of being disappointed. I am glad to say we had a lovely stay. Food was good, staff helpful, it is a lovely setting. I stayed in the river view suite and the room was great. Design good and lots of space. There is a lovely walk along the river.
