「Beautiful surroundings and excellent service 」

「Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días.」

「Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut. Allerdings hat uns der Empfang an der Rezeption gar nicht gefallen. Der Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns kühl und irgendwie schon arrogant herablassend. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir „nur“ zwei Standardzimmer gebucht haben? Bei so einem Start achtet man natürlich auch kritischer darauf, ob ansonsten alles stimmt. Und da muss man schon sagen, dass das Hotel sich zwar mit 5 Sternen schmückt, der 5. Stern aber eigentlich nicht mehr passt, da das Hotel mittlerweile doch...

「飯店離Porto的Ponte Luis I 大橋非常近，步行可到。但整體來說Porto是一個上上下下丘陵的城市，這間飯店所在位置喔覺得稍微有點不方便。不過飯店設施很棒，非常舒適」

「Room was very clean and location of the hotel was perfect. Bit noisy at night as the square was very busy.」
