「The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. 「The Tradewinds (Formely Treehouse) is a really comfortable place to stay. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It is ideally located for San Fernando and surrounding area by not being too far from the main roads. Altough it is in a quite location, the security is very good and we were well looked after. The Trellis resturant mirrors the hotel with great staff and good food at resonable prices. We will definitley be back. 」
