“The staff were great and I appreciated the early check in. Breakfast was also great. Unfortunately there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom that seemed to be coming through the vents from the room above. They should look at blocking it off because it was a strong smell, as if someone had been smoking in my room.”

“天黑了才到的塞哥维亚，吃了烤乳猪后才去的酒店。定的是带阳台的房间，前台误给了朝内的房间，交涉后很快给调换过来了。房间设施稍简单，但阳台的风景很棒，可看到不远处的“迪士尼”城堡和田野风光。早餐是自助的，9欧元一个人，酒店的性价比超高。早晨惊讶地看到一堆热气球从田野处升起。早餐后从酒店附近的路下到河边的草坪仰望了迪士尼城堡，上来（不用走回头路）又参观了城堡内部（10点才开门），回到酒店休息一会儿后12点才退的房。”

“Amazing property! We loved everything - the art, beautiful furniture, woodwork, pool and the breakfast. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and have great recommendations. Easy parking. Big room. Friendly restaurant and bar staff too. Loved everything minute of it and can’t wait to return.”

“Service was great in reception they were really nice and helpful. But cleanest of the room wasn’t great. We have some few episodes with lights going on and off. We found parking in the paying parking spot in the front of the hotel that was great but we were only staying one night. The hotel has a parking place but is not exactly in the hotel. The location of the hotel is great a walking distance to the “Aqueduct” and the “Alcazar””

“若是自駕前往非常不便。使用導航前往時，在進入到飯店旁的廣場前的單行道，所顯示的交通號誌是「禁止進入」會讓人不斷地繞，直到發現禁止時段為07-11。順利進入好又是廣場，對外國遊客來說會不確定是否可以臨時停車。 順利Check in後，飯店人員提供的停車場非常的遠，但當作散步還算浪漫。遺憾的是放電人員告知「停車一晚12€」，令人錯愕的是隔天取車（未超過24hr）卻是21.8€。 另外周遭的停車位皆為當地住戶所使用的「綠色」。 雖是SPA Hotel，但卻不能使用？”

“I love all girls at the hotel because of they are so kind and cute , smiles everywhere and loves to introduce the hotel , the room was so clean and cute , I wish I were booked the room with a tub !”

“If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. But I have to say I had a comfortable……
