We had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The property is in a peaceful location and was a great place to relax with the family. Beautiful location overlooking the marina. Went to the Aurora lounge for breakfast and Syrens restaurant for dinner. Both were very enjoyable. Also had a wonderful swim in the outdoor pool

We had such a wonderful stay at Poets Cove on Pender Island. The facilities were fantastic, with everything we could have wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful, and having easy access to the beach, outdoor pools and gym made the stay even more special. One of the highlights was being able to sit out on the balcony in the evening and watch the deer lay sleeping on the hot tub cover and the otters playing in the small waterfall. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and a real bonus to have nature right outside our door. We also loved the spa. It was incredibly relaxing, and there never seemed to be too many people using it, which made it feel calm and peaceful. Poets Cove is a beautiful place to unwind, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing island escape.

Nice balcony with great view over the harbour. Grounds were nicely maintained and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had one dinner and one breakfast in the resort’s restaurants and they were both good. We’d definitely stay here again.

It’s an absolutely gorgeous property. Definitely the place to stay on Pender. However, the staff are not well versed in the art of hospitality and when you look at details, the place is not well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Poets Cove. The food was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, pools were well maintained. The room was very warm as no A/C but once we got the fans going it was nice. The location is remote and very quiet which we liked.We took advantage of the kayak rentals and drove to some lookout spots nearby.

The property needs a bit of maintenance, particularly in the pool area. There also seems to be a shortage of staff in key areas like the restaurant. Transperancy of amenities was also an issue. The spa was closed both the labour day Monday and the Tuesday following. During prime revenue season. This would have affected our choice of stays and do think this is very misleading to guests not to disclose this prior to a stay. Still a beautiful spot and the marina staff are excellent and acommodating. The resort team needs some reflection on these issues noted above.

Had a wonderful weekend at the poets cove resort! The room is cozy and clean and has spectacular views of the harbour. The restaurant downstairs has great vibe serving delicious dinner with sunset view and live band by the water. We made good use of the well maintained tennis court and the hot tub during our stay which is such a bonus!

Very good getaway spot. The rooms were fine in the main building. The restaurant was only average considering the price they were charging. But everyone working there was very helpful and lovely. It’s a quiet spot on a beautiful island.
