"I generally stay here when I come to the Tri-cities area. It conjures the nostalgia of traveling with my parents in the 80s and 90s. If you’re over the “dorm-style” extended stay hotels, this is the place for you. Overall, the property is clean but a little lacking in general maintenance and could use a good million-dollar facelift. But, I’m not too concerned with the exterior or whether some would say the decor is “dated”. (I think you could agree it is). The rooms are clean and quiet, it has free WiFi and is also safe. I left my car unlocked after I carried all of my bags inside and nobody messed with my car. I will definitely stay again!"

"I reserved a suite for my mother and I, not knowing it was on the second floor with no elevator. My mother is disabled and cannot climb stairs whatsoever. The front desk person had zero compassion for the situation and zero remedies since I booked with Expedia (a 3rd party). I ended up having to book another a room on the first floor and coud not cancel the suite. Hard lesson learned on not checking on floor and elevator situation. Aside from that, it was a pretty rundown property. The suite was very dated and prob wouldn't have worked for us anyhow as the separate bedroom had no a/c unit. The bathroom was pretty terrible. Horribly cramped & poor water pressure. The entire building smelled of smoke. Windows so dirty you could hardly appreciate the view of rolling hills. "

"The room was clean and was fairly quiet. This property was under renovation but was still nice for us. It will be nice to see when all the renovations are completed."

"Booked through expedia. Was placed in a room on the ground floor next to a mechanical room that had an extremely noisy machine running. Asked for a change of room and the staff said you have to go back to expedia. It appeared that the staff knew there was a problem with that room. After demanding to speak to the manager , who wasn't available, i stated I'd be willing to pay more et ceterawho, the staff finally agreed to give us a different room. Turn out the room was actually less expensive, and the staff said the reason that they didn't offer another room is because it wasn't the same type of room we had reserved. They're logic made no sense. Very young staff member with no backup manager , etc."

"Friendly Staff. The bathroom facuet heads (we rented two rooms) need updating , they spray small intense streams of water that make a mess. AC worked good, seemed clean enough"
