“Bed was old and hard. Breakfast was all starch or cold cereal winch I don't eat. Only thing offered that had any protein was yogurt (the sweet kind). When we arrived we had to wait several minutes with no one at the desk to check us in. After going to the room I came back to the lobby to ask a question and there was no one around at all. Even calling out and knocking on office and laundry doors produced no response. We expected as much.”
