「Fantastic location at the end of a quiet cobblestone street. Perfect walkable location just outside of Rittenhouse Square. The property is a larger studio with a large bathroom and living/sleeping area. Will definitely book again!」

「My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...

「We rented for our daughter’s graduation. This was around the corner from her apartment and super close to so many activities. The street noise was very loud due to a bar very close that’s open h til after 2am but otherwise was very comfortable.」

「Beautiful and quiet place to stay while visiting Penn. The unit is attached to the main dwelling with private entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. The bedroom is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but with a washer and dryer and warm shower. The backyard is charming and relaxing to have a morning coffee while listening to birds. David has been very friendly and easily accessible when we need help. Thanks again for sharing the place with us ! 」

「Had a great time, and was perfect for a brief vacation for me and my out of town friend. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and all the amenities we needed. Great location, security, etc. Things like the rooftop view were an awesome added bonus.My ONLY gripe would be that the apartment HVAC sound is loud and can drown out the TV or media. I could see how this might be a problem if you're spending a lot of time in the apartment.」

「The apartment was cute and comfortable. We appreciated the full kitchen, complete with the essential items we needed and the comfortable bed. The neighborhood was convenient and the host communicated promptly when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it. 」

「Great location right in the heart of the city/Rittenhouse area. Walking distance to a lot of areas. It was perfect for us! If you like eclectic and apartment dwelling without the stuffy hotel feel, you'll enjoy this place!」

「Everything was great. However, the television in the living room didn't work (no cable, Firestick, roku). Also, there was no soap/body wash in the shower. No big deal...I enjoyed the walk down to the local market. I'll definitely be looking to stay here on my next Philly visit...Thank you!!」
